Recap previous knowledge about Artificial Intelligence. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about Artificial Intelligence? Introduction to today's objectives regarding Artificial Intelligence. Mental drill or quick quiz related to Artificial Intelligence.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Define and differentiate between Narrow AI and General AI, highlighting current examples like Siri and chess programs. Emphasize that we are currently in the era of Narrow AI and explore its limitations compared to General AI. Discuss the ethical implications of Strong AI, including considerations of machine rights and safety. Assess understanding by having students list examples of Narrow AI and explain why they do not qualify as Strong AI.
