Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Take learners through 5 minutes jogging to warm the body up
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
After warm-ups learners roll ball with sticks from stationary to a demarcated point and back to the starting point. Supervise their practice and give them feedback. For this activity, learners use locally made ball, smooth wooden stick and plastic-bottle targets to practise controlled striking or rolling towards the marked targets.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
Learners to practice individually and in groups. Help those who finds it difficult in rolling the ball Assessment: Organize mini game for learners for fun and enjoyment. Take learners through cool down to end the lesson
