Recap previous knowledge about and explain the moral teaching. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about and explain the moral teaching? Introduction to today's objectives regarding and explain the moral teaching. Mental drill or quick quiz related to and explain the moral teaching.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Explore themes of justice, kindness to parents, and helping the poor in the Qur'an. Discuss and compare verses related to 'Adl' (Justice) and 'Ihsan' (Excellence/Kindness) with biblical teachings. Explain the significance of following the Sunnah as a moral guide. Assess learners by having them explain the impact of two moral teachings from the Qur'an on community life.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
