Engage learners to play games and sing songs to begin the lesson. | Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment Learners study printed photographs of selected Rebecca Horn sculptures and identify shape, balance, movement and the materials represented. Discuss the works as international examples without requiring learners to copy body-mounted pieces.
Using pencils and drawing paper, learners plan a small free-standing sculpture inspired by one observed idea. They label how the sculpture will remain stable.
Groups construct the safe model from recycled cartons and raffia.
