Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Recap previous knowledge about Human Resource Development. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about Human Resource Development? Introduction to today's objectives regarding Human Resource Development. Mental drill or quick quiz related to Human Resource Development.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Define Human Resource and explain HRD as the process of enhancing skills, knowledge, and abilities. Discuss the components of HRD, including Education, Training, and Health. Highlight the importance of a healthy, skilled population as a national asset. Assess by identifying three personal skill development methods for future employment.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
