Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Recap previous knowledge about Being a Leader. Quick brainstorm: What do you already know about Being a Leader? Introduction to today's objectives regarding Being a Leader. Mental drill or quick quiz related to Being a Leader.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
1. Discuss 'Delegation'—giving tasks to others based on their strengths. 2. Role-play: A class leader must settle a dispute between two friends over a borrowed book. 3. Discuss the importance of 'Active Listening' in leadership. 4. Activity: Groups are given a project (e.g., 'Clean the Back Field') and must appoint a leader to divide the work and monitor progress.
