Phase 1: Starterpreparing the brain for learning
Take learners through general and specific warm ups.
Phase 2: Mainnew learning including assessment
Lay out woven exercise mats on a clear level surface and use sticks of chalk to mark hand and foot positions beside each mat. Learners study printed side-weight-transfer sequence cards before the teacher demonstrates the movement slowly. Learners practise safe progressions: side bends with hands reaching toward the mat, supported weight transfer from feet to hands and a controlled step-through back to standing. They work one at a time with direct teacher supervision. Do not require headstands or unsupported cartwheels. Learners repeat only the progression they can control and finish with a gentle cool-down.
Phase 3plenary / reflections
Have learners to practice individually and in groups. Help those who finds it difficult and help them Assessment: Organize mini game for learners for fun and enjoyment. Take learners through cool down to end the lesson
